Sourdough Class

During this 3 hour class (9am-12pm), we will mix 2 loaves of sourdough bread, and 2 loaves of focaccia bread. You will take the sourdough loaves home to bake on your own, but we will bake the focaccia loaves in class. You will learn how to weigh, mix, shape and bake all of these loaves.

What you receive: 4 loaves of bread, recipes, sourdough starter
